Pre-Orders & Delays
SIIS is currently open for pre-order. Pre-orders are charged when you place them, and we will ship your order by December 1, 2026.
- If we cannot ship by that date, we will email you before it passes with a revised shipping date and the option to cancel and receive a full refund.
- If the delay is 30 days or less and you do not respond, we will treat that as your agreement to the new date; you may still cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships.
- If the delay is longer than 30 days, we will ship only if you tell us you agree to the new date. If we do not hear from you, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
- If you cancel or we cancel, your refund goes to your original payment method promptly, and no later than 7 business days after the cancellation.
- You may also cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships by emailing info@siispeptides.com with your order email.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only (no international shipping).
- Processing time: pre-orders ship by December 1, 2026. After launch, orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.
- Free shipping: shipping is free on all pre-orders within the United States.
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch (standard).
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
- Sales tax is added where required by law and is shown at checkout.
Returns
If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Unopened products in original packaging are eligible for a full refund of the product price.
- Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product arrived damaged or defective or caused a reaction. In those cases, contact us and we will make it right.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for damaged or incorrect items.
- To start a return, email info@siispeptides.com with your order number.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return (or, for cancelled pre-orders, as described above).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

Orders placed on Amazon follow Amazon’s shipping and return policies.
